JORDAN

Head Coach

Jordan Mostert has trained in a range of movement disciplines under the world’s best coaches and mentors including Jackson Lennan, Antonio Lauro L. Rodrigues, Harry Williams, Joachim Hilderson and Jon Yuen.

A graduate in Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from one of Australia’s pre-eminent tertiary institutions, the University of Queensland, Jordan practices in strenghth, calisthenics, handstands and mobility, yoga and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). A purple belt in BJJ - Jordan won the recent Pan Pacific Championship as a Blue Belt and several Queenlsand Titles.

With a diverse range of movement practice under his belt, Jordan is adept in diverse coaching environments. He has extensive skill and experience in coaching everyone from beginners to experts, children to older adults and the tentative and fearless.

Jordan’s creative and friendly teaching approach ensure his ability to encourage the best in all his
students.

KATIE

Pilates Instructor

Katie is a passionate Pilates instructor with over five years of experience teaching both mat and reformer classes.

With a background as a national level swimmer and gymnast, she developed a deep understanding of movement, discipline, and body awareness from an early age. After experiencing a lower back injury, Katie discovered Pilates as part of her rehabilitation journey, and it quickly became a transformative part of her life.

Through consistent practice, Pilates helped her heal, rebuild strength, and reconnect with her body, inspiring her to share its benefits with others. Alongside her work in the studio, Katie is also a registered nurse, bringing a strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, and holistic wellbeing into her teaching approach.When she’s not teaching or working in healthcare, Katie enjoys spending time by the ocean, surfing, painting, and learning the guitar.

Joe

Functional Movement Coach

Joe is a passionate movement coach dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and train smarter.

With over 12 years of coaching experience and a background in martial arts, rock climbing, and BMX, he blends functional strength, mobility, and longevity-focused training to support real-life movement. Whether you’re rebuilding, rehabbing, or levelling up, Joe brings knowledge, energy, and genuine care to every session.

Joe has trained under leaders like Ido Portal, Juan Rueda, Tom Weksler, and Yuval Ayalon, shaping his approach to strength, handstands, and mobility. At Just Movement, he teaches through a practice mindset — curiosity, patience, and consistency — helping students grow not just in the gym, but in the way they move and carry themselves every day.

Martina

Yoga Teacher

Martina Conti is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and a lifelong student, deeply passionate about guiding others into the transformative world of yoga. With six years of dedicated practice, her journey took a profound turn after a life-changing trip to India, where she made the bold decision to leave her corporate job and follow her heart’s calling to teach yoga full time.

Now based in Brisbane, Martina shares this ancient practice with both kids and adults at various centers around the city. She especially enjoys teaching Vinyasa, where she guides an active flow of breath and movement united to create a dynamic meditation that energizes and grounds both body and mind.Martina looks forward to helping others discover the beauty of yoga.
