Head Coach

Jordan has trained in a range of movement disciplines under the world’s best coaches and mentors including Jackson Lennan, Antonio Lauro L. Rodrigues, Harry Williams, Joachim Hilderson and Jon Yuen.

A graduate in a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from the University of Queensland, Jordan practices ‘movement’ under such labels of calisthenics, mobility, bodybuilding, yoga and Brazillian ju jitsu. A blue belt in BJJ, Jordan won the recent Queensland State Championship.

Jordan is adept in diverse coaching environments, with experience in coaching everyone from beginners to experts, children to older adults and the tentative and fearless. Jordan’s creative and friendly teaching approach brings the best out of all his students.

Head Coach

Jordan Mostert has trained in a range of movement disciplines under the world’s best coaches and mentors including Jackson Lennan, Antonio Lauro L. Rodrigues, Harry Williams, Joachim Hilderson and Jon Yuen.

A graduate in Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from one of Australia’s pre-eminent tertiary institutions, the University of Queensland, Jordan practices in calisthenics, mobility, bodybuilding, yoga and Brazillian ju jitsu. A blue belt in BJJ, Jordan won the recent
Queensland State Championship.

With a diverse range of movement practice under his belt, Jordan is adept in diverse coaching environments. He has extensive skill and experience in coaching everyone from beginners to experts, children to older adults and the tentative and fearless.

PETREA

Pilates Instructor

Petrea has always loved being active and discovered Pilates 20 years ago after a devasting lower back injury. 

She has been a passionate Pilates devotee since and decided that she wanted to make a career out of it. She used to work in IT Recruitment, and after some time out of the industry during Covid, realised it wasn’t the career she wanted to continue in. She has always felt that no matter what discipline she was training in (running, cycling, swimming, gym), if she complimented it with Pilates her body moved better and was less prone to injury. 

“I love helping others build a strong foundation and understanding of their bodies so they can continue to move in the best way possible – now and into the future. “

Her teaching style is simple but effective.  

“My focus will be on technique, getting you to connect with your body and understand how it “feels” to move correctly, and layering movement to create a challenge.”

Joe is a passionate movement coach dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and train smarter. With a focus on functional strength, mobility, and longevity, Joe blends performance-based training with practical movement that supports everyday life. Whether you’re rehabbing, rebuilding, or levelling up, Joe brings the knowledge, energy, and care to guide you every step of the way.

I found yoga in my early 20’s and it’s the one thing I’ve always come back to for its benefits to body and mind.

My classes: A safe, supportive space to stretch, breathe, and relax as you soften into the quieter side of the mat.
