When you get the wrong side of 40 years old there’s inevitable challenges in life to meet, and that’s where I was and was deeply unhappy and very afraid I was going to let myself go. Everyone knows exercise is key but finding the right exercise and enjoying became even more difficult. Tried lots of gyms and trainers with mixed results. Early 2022 I nervously went to a class run by Jordan and straight away knew he was different from other gym instructors.

I made contact with him and started doing one on one training. Jordan put me at ease and was very reassuring. We focused on getting me moving functionally then started on increasing my strength gradually I noticed I was feeling better and doing more things I enjoyed. I can’t express how much it means to put on a swimsuit and not feel dreadfully self conscious. I am now not only fitter and stronger than ever but I am happier and confident.
